Yorkshire Under 14 Girls Win Inter Regional Championships
The Yorkshire Under 14 girls triumphed at the National Volleyball Centre, in Kettering, over the May Day weekend.
Both the Yorkshire A team and B team made the final of their respective competition, against the other 8 English regions and visitors, Wales. The A team lost 2-0 in their final against a strong West Midlands team, but the B team held their nerve to beat the North West, by 2 sets to 1. Over both the A & B competitions, Yorkshire were the top region!
