1. Registration cards MUST be present at all matches.

For non YVA Premier League teams a list of players for the competition must be sent to Doug Lawson by 31^st December and the list must then be present at every Cup match thereafter.

2. ALL teams must submit a list of players for this competition to Doug Lawson by 31^st December.

Once a player has been registered to a team there can be no switching to another team, whether they have actually played a match or not. Once registered, a player is cup tied.

3. To be eligible to play in any Final a player MUST have played at least once in the competition prior to that final.

4. If a team defaults any of their pool matches they are eliminated from the competition and will not progress to the Semi Final stage of the competition.

5. No team shall have a “bye” to any of the finals on finals day. If a semi final place should be left vacant for any reason, then the losing semi finalists from the other half of the draw will have a second chance to make it to the final.

6. If you have a problem with any of these rules, contact me for advice before competing in any match. Special dispensation may be given in exceptional circumstances before any match but certainly not after.

7. Fixtures – The “week commencing” is a guide to aid the arrangement of fixtures. But all fixtures must be completed with all score sheets to me by 18th February 2012.

8. Fixtures – The first named team is the home team but this too is negotiable.

9. Pools A & D (Men’s Cup only) have a place for an extra team. These places may be filled if I receive a late entry. If no additional teams come forward then please play out your fixtures – all 3 teams in Pools A & D are guaranteed a semi final place in one of the competitions.

10. In all other circumstances Yorkshire Premier League Rules apply.
